Rosh ETC was founded in 2013 by Rosh, a Londoner with a love for fitness, style, food, travel, and books. Enjoy!

I started running in 2013 because I entered myself into a 5 mile race. I hadn’t run before though in my head I was the fastest person on earth (of course). Once I started running I wasn’t able to stop. My whole family is made up of runners and walkers and hikers so I instantly had this incredible support network of people who understood my newfound love. Since then I have run countless 10ks, one marathon (Berlin in 2013) and will be running the Paris Marathon in 2016. One of my other goals in 2016 is to run a half marathon, a distance I seem to have skipped! I love writing about the runs I do and the classes I go to.

Books and reading is another passion of mine. I grew up with parents who loved to read and followed in their well-read footsteps. When I was younger I would go to weddings with a book and read through the whole ceremony (as these were Asian weddings I was very likely to take two books). I read anything and everything but have a deep and true love for crime fiction. I use my commute to read and it means I get through quite a few books a year. I love reviewing the books I read and posting them on RoshETC.

RoshETC isn’t just going to be about fitness and books. I love experimenting with my personal style and you will all see the occasionally funny results of that. I love playing with the clothes I have and seeing what I can do with them, prints and velvet are my best friends, and shopping is something I unashamedly love (I am constantly on the hunt for excellent bargains). I also have constantly itchy feet. While I can’t travel as much as I would like to I love travelling and exploring other cities and cultures. My most recent trip was to Stockholm and I fell head over heels in love with that city. I wasn’t expecting to but I did. One of the things I love doing best is walking or running in a new town – it’s the only way to really get to know a place. I plan to write about politics, feminism, food (mainly the eating of and not so much the cooking of!), and anything else I have thoughts and opinions on.
